Girl Dies on Rollercoaster Ride at Disneyland

Summer is here and that usually means thrill rides at amusement parks are a part of it.

But with the recent news of the Six Flags amputation accident and now another death on a Disneyland rollercoaster where a teen girl died this week, perhaps it's and sign for us all.

Although it is at the Disneyland Paris, the track is reported to be the same exact as the original "Rock 'n' Roller Coaster" that is at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This death happened less than 1 year from the death on the same ride at the Orlando Fl. location. There is no prrof that they are by related causes, but it is enough to give anyone pause.

Here's a video of the Paris ride. Not all the details are known until the autopsy is finished, scheduled for Tuesday. But this is the first death at the Disneyland Paris facility. Pray for the family and the grief that they are obviously going through right now.

SIX FLAGS UPDATE: Teen Girl Identified, In Stable Condition

The teenage girl that was involved in the accident of the failed Superman Tower of Power ride at Six Flags KY Kingdom finally came out publicly making a statement. She has been treated at Lasitter Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

The girl, Kaitlyn Lasitter, is a student at Highland Middle School in the Jefferson County publtic school system in Kentucky.

The parents of Kaitlyn Lasitter would like to acknowledge everyone across the country that have been supporting their daughter with many positive thoughts and prayers over the last six days.

At this time Kaitlyn remains in stable condition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Kaitlyn’s parents would like to state for the record that despite claims in the media by representatives from Kentucky Kingdom Theme Park, at no time has any representative of the theme park been in touch with members of the family.

Until further notice Kaitlyn’s parents ask members of the news media to please respect their wishes for privacy during this difficult time.

Six Flags Reopens Drop Thrill Ride After Girl's Legs Severed in Superman Tower of Power Accident

Six Flags and other amusement parks original closed any drop thrill ride after the horrible accident which severed a teen girl's legs above the ankles last week. But after this weekend, the Big Business operators of the parks focused on making money again:

Six Flags Update: Several Rides Closed After Kentucky Accident


Our prayers this week are for the teen girl & her family that survived the accident at Six Flags Kentucky.

Just imagine the horror they must be experiencing.

Please take the time to lift up prayers to comfort them!

Several more parks have decided to shut down similar rides, some made by the same manufacturer as the Superman Tower of Power ride at Kentucky Kingdom.
