This is actually a private labeled Lexmark photo printer from the looks of it (which is a good thing). Although most Lexmark printers are low-end, their photo printers have been pretty good in my personal experience. The photos come out pretty vividly and the paper doesn't jam (like some of the HP photosmart printers out there) and it's fast.
It doesn't look like this one comes with a LCD screen to preview, but you can just simply hook it up to your digital camera I believe and use that as the "monitor" since most digital cameras support the pictbridge cable thing.

Hmmm....
Brand new color ink cartridge = $22
Brand new printer + ink cartr = $ 9
You can make money by reselling the ink cartridge on eBay and then keeping the printer or vice versa!
